They have never been done so well by anyone else before. Hans was meticulous in his work and got out the smell of cat urine, where other carpet cleaners have failed to do in the past. My cats had really done a number on the surfaces and the result was far better that I could have hoped for.

I just wanted to officially thank you and your team- Clive and Carole for the superb job they did this week on our carpet. Having 10 year old wool carpets that have dog stains and wondrous other marks it was remarkable how well they came up. We have had many carpet cleaners over the years and arrived home to the smell of damp wet carpet and sigh at the chair marks and dents made and half heartedly agreed they were clean. But here we are two days later, my husband and I still singing the praises of the clean carpet which has given it a second lease on life- we don't have to get rid of the dog after all! - just Call you guys back again! Dear Paul and Ros

This letter is to thank you for a job well done on my carpets and club lounge chairs yesterday. When I returned home from a couple of meetings I couldn't believe how much of an improvement you both made to my two-storey terrace here at 39 Violet St, West Perth. The carpets were quite soiled with wear and tear from foot traffic downstairs, the stairway and upstairs.... but they've come up very well indeed.

And as for the 3 x upholstered old club lounge chairs (which are my pride and joy as you know!) Ros has done a sterling job on these. I was thinking I might have to re-upholster them, but now I won't.

To top it all off, you're both very genuine and pleasant people to deal with, are very fair priced and I wouldn't hesitate for a second recommending you to anyone who may want to check your credentials.
