I would like to commend, Chris Whitehead, for providing excellent customer service!

He went out of his way to help me. Due to his superior technical skills and his customer service, our carpets are as good as new again.

As I made the booking very last minute and wanted the job done 'yesterday', he stepped in and was able to clean the carpets promptly even though he was very busy.

It is due to staff like him that I will again return to Magic Dry for all my future carpet dry-cleaning needs.
