Upholstery Cleaning

Magic Dry (TEXATHERM™) have dry cleaning solutions formulated for use on upholstery and fabric lounge suites, dining room chairs, office chairs, ottomans, cushions, stools, even mattresses.

Step 1 - Vacuuming

Your magic dry technician will carefully vacuum away all loose dirt, dust, hairs, debris, etc.

Step 2 - Preparation

Next the technician will spray a light mist of our specially formulated upholstery dry cleaning solution over the lounge or chair, with a second solution applied to more heavily soiled areas such as arms and headrests. These cleaning solutions break down the dirt particles on the upholstery.

Step 3 - Cleaning

Cleaning mittens/pads are immersed in an upholstery rinse solution, before being used to massage the fibres of the upholstery either manually by hand or using Textatherms Minitex upholstery cleaning machine. The upholstery rinse absorbs the dirt into the mittens/pads and neutralises the cleaning solution. In cases where larger amounts of cleaning solutions are required to effectively clean your upholstery or fabric, a wet vacuum is used to extract excess cleaning solutions.

Step 4 - Arranging

The arrangement of loose seat and back cushions neatly over the frame of the upholstered item will facilitate air flow and rapid evaporation of the solutions.

Your lounge and chairs will come out a dream, much the way they looked when they were brand new.
